Who can sign in, and what each person is allowed to do.
New account
Client can see the schedule but cannot change it. Staff can see it and edit it. Super also manages these accounts.
Existing accounts
Deactivating does not delete anything: the person can no longer sign in, but their settings are kept in case they come back.
