New account
Client can view the schedule but not change it. Employee can view and edit it. Super also manages these accounts.
Existing accounts
Deactivating doesn't delete anything: the person can no longer log in, but their preferences stay saved in case they come back. "Capabilities" (CS / Lines) only applies to Employee.

Create agent
An agent has their own access account (logs into Bet Writer, manages their own players) and a billing type with the house.
Existing agents
"Chart %" is the value that will drive the agent's line in the Bet Ticker. Change the billing type or the value directly in the table below.
